Check the cut-off date for deliveries to your region, finalise your order, and we’ll organise the rest so that you receive your order before Christmas.

Track a Shipment

Once your Icebreaker has been shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and viewing the shipment and tracking information shown in your order history. You will also be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email.

DPD £6.95 on orders less than £70

Your order will be shipped once payment has been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.

As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.

Note: We cannot ship to any address outside of the mainland UK.

 

Shipping Options

Properly completed orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. You can expect delivery 2-5 business days after your order is placed on icebreaker.com.

Please Note:

  • Shipping times for your country are also displayed at checkout. They reflect our service level based on past performance but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods. If you live in a rural or remote location, delivery may take longer.
  • Please expect to receive shipping and tracking information 1-2 days after your order is placed.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Islands.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes
  • All orders ship from Osnabrück, Germany. The above shipping times are an accurate portrayal of our service level.

 

Refunds on Shipping Charges

If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. And we will feel deeply embarrassed for a bit. (Then hopefully we'll all get over it and move on together, having formed a stronger bond as a result).
